Super food Smoothie

Superfoods are foods that are thought to be nutritionally dense and good for your health.

"Superfoods contain a variety of nutrients, such as antioxidants, which are thought to ward off cancer. They also have healthy fats, thought to prevent heart disease; fiber, thought to prevent diabetes and digestive problems; and phytochemicals — the chemicals in plants responsible for deep colors and smells, which can have numerous health benefits." - Livescience


On days when I feel tired or when I have been eating unhealthy I usually make this super food smoothie and it will kick start my day.

Step 1

Add everything to a mixer and mix, top with berried and some seeds.


1 cup Spinach

1/3 Maca Maca powder

1/3 Blueberries

1/4 Goji berries

1/3 Celery

1/2 Banana

1/4 Hemp seeds

Squeeze of lemon
